$20-$34 an hour, based on skills and experienceJob DescriptionThe Industrial Maintenance Technician's responsibilities ensure equipment and production lines operate properly through daily preventative maintenance actions and required equipment repairs.
This position directly impacts financial, quality, and safety metrics that need complete understanding and adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements and company and customer production standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with industrial equipment and machinery Experience with electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting PLCs.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Experience with welding and fabrication Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed Other duties as assigned Responsibilities Maintain and repair industrial equipment and machinery Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Perform welding and fabrication as needed Adhere to safety procedures and regulations Communicate with team members and management regarding equipment and maintenance issues Complete work orders and documentation as required Benefits-Independent Stave Company offers competitive compensation and benefits to employees at each of our facilities.
